Yoga classes

Hot 60

A 60-minute series of poses set in an order that is designed to create balance, strength and flexibility while detoxifying the body and clearing the mind. This class is accessible to all levels; new students to the seasoned practitioner.

 

Hot yin yoga

Yin yoga is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. It targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons, in the joints and spine. Over time, practice of yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion. Yin poses are almost entirely passive and are held for an extended period of time (usually 5-7 minutes). The slower nature of this practice is often described as a "moving meditation." A great complement to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.

 

Community Yoga

This class is accessible to all levels. You will move through a heated yoga practice and focus on strength, balance and flexibility. Community >> offered for a $10 cash donation, often taught by a new instructor.

 

Hot Power Flow

Join us for a powerful 30 minute vinyasa flow practice in the heat.

Hot Vin/Yin

Starting with a yoga flow class and ending the session with 20 minutes of Yin restorative poses—this class takes place in our heated studio. Energizing and rejuvenating for the mind, body and spirit!

 

Hot flow

Vinyasa flow yoga in our heated room. Faster pace with shorter holds, but more flow from posture to posture. This class will not follow a set series of postures, but will instead vary from class to class. This class is recommended for those wishing to deepen their practice and will contain more advanced postures... that said, there's a modification for everything, so beginners are welcome!

 

Slow Flow

A slower paced vinyasa flow yoga in our heated room. This class will not follow a set series of postures, but will instead vary from class to class.

 

YOGA NIDRA

This 45-minute class begins with a slow-paced yin practice followed by yoga nidra or yogic sleep. You will systematically turn the senses inward and away from outer experiences, leading to deep relaxation with inner awareness.

 

Fusion Classes

Cardio Barre

Up-tempo barre and mat fitness class. For this class, we crank up the music and MOVE! Designed to build strength and focus on specific muscle groups. Weights, balls, rings, and bands may be used. This class is offered in both our heated and unheated rooms.

 

Hot Vinyasa Barre

Vinyasa Barre is a dynamic and cardiovascular 60 min workout. Combining the mindful movement of yoga and focused intensity of ballet, to make this a challenging and energetic workout! Build body awareness, mix up your routine, and have fun!

Hot Fusion Pilates

Hot Fusion Pilates is a blend of mat pilates and yoga. A challenging practice to increase core stability and strength, while energizing you with music and sweat in a lightly heated environment.

 

Burn 60

Come feel the "burn" in this incredibly effective workout which takes place in our heated studio. We will use short intervals to build strength and power helping you get stronger while gaining lean muscle and toning your body through a series of lunges, squats and core work.
